The 100G-CWDM4 compatible QSFP28 optical module is designed for transmitting 100GBASE Ethernet throughput over single-mode fiber (SMF) at distances of up to 2 km. This optical module uses four wavelengths (1271nm, 1291nm, 1311nm, and 1331nm) to carry the 100 Gb Ethernet signal. The module complies with IEEE 802.3ba, IEEE 802.3bm, 100G CWDM4 MSA (Multi-Source Agreement), SFF-8665, SFF-8636, and ITU-T G.694.2 standards. With these features, it is suitable for various applications, including data centers, high-performance computing networks, enterprise core and distribution layers, and more.
