Warranty

When does the warranty become effective?

A Hyconext guarantee becomes effective on the date of purchase or date of delivery (whichever is later). The warranty period is 12-month, with man-caused malfunctions excluded.

For your lawful rights and interests, please notice:

1. The Warranty Card shall come into force with the seal of dealer.
2.Please keep the Warranty Card properly. No reissuance will be provided if you lose it, and it becomes invalid if altered.
3.In the event of a non-man-made malfunction during the warranty period, Hyperconn will repair this product free of charge.

Warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

1. Damage or malfunction during transporting, loading and unloading

2. Damage or malfunction caused by human factors such as unauthorized disassembly or modification

3. Damage or malfunction caused by unsatisfactory environment

4. Damage or malfunction caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, lightning strike and war)*

5. Damage or malfunction caused by failure to follow user manuals

6. Damage of external parts such as equipment enclosure and power connector during operation

7. Inconsistency of the Warranty Card and the product serial number, or alteration of the Warranty Card

8. Warranty Void if Void Sticker is Tampered: The warranty for this product will be considered void if the Void Sticker is removed, broken, or tampered with in any way. The label serves as an indicator of the product’s integrity, and any attempt to remove or alter it will nullify all warranty claims.

*Natural disasters are typically not covered under standard warranties, return, repair or replacement for network switches or any electronic equipment. These events, such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or lightning strikes, thunderstorms, tornadoes, wildfires, and other severe weather conditions are considered beyond the control of the manufacturer and are excluded from warranties, return, repair or replacemen coverage.
Hyconext shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from natural disasters, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of use of the product.
Customers are advised to install surge protection devices to safeguard against electrical surges from lightning and thunderstorms. Ensure that all networking equipment, including PoE switches, is properly grounded in accordance with local electrical codes and standards. Use weather-resistant enclosures and housings to protect equipment from exposure to extreme weather conditions. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical and networking installations to minimize the risk of damage from natural disasters.

We provide paid repair and maintenance service for the products that are beyond the warranty scope.
