Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return and refund under the following conditions. 

1. Return & Refund Eligibility – Within 30 Days

You may request a return and refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your product if: 

l  The product has a manufacturing defect, or 

l  You are unsatisfied with the product for non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind), provided the product is unused and in original condition.

To be eligible for a return:

l  The product must be in new or like-new condition.

l  The void label must be intact (not damaged or removed). 

l  All original accessories, packaging, and documentation must be included.

l  A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.

Note: For Enterprise products, returns are not accepted if the void label is damaged or the product has been activated.

2. Return & Refund Will Not Be Accepted If:

l  The return request is made after 30 calendar days of receiving your product.

l  The product is not in resaleable condition (e.g., scratched, dented, or missing parts).

l  The void label, product serial number, or other identifiers are tampered with or removed.

l  A valid purchase receipt is not provided or is suspected to be forged or altered.

l  The product has been misused, installed improperly, or damaged by foreign substances (e.g., water, oil, sand). 

l  The damage is due to external factors such as fire, flood, lightning, or natural disasters.

l  The product is not shipped back within 7 calendar days after we confirm the return.

l  Any other conditions described in this policy apply.

3. Return Process

l  Email your request to sales@hyconext.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Include your proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the return reason.

l  Our team will review and respond with a Return & Refund Confirmation and shipping instructions.

l  Return the product to the designated address. Upon inspection, your refund will be processed using your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

l  Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees (including cross-border or international shipping), unless the return is due to a verified product defect.
