I have a HC16MT6XP_UP_BA switch with firmware V380R220S05

I am unable to get a connection on any of the 10Gb ports. I have tried 1GB SFP fiber modules, and 10Gb SFP+ DAC cables. I am trying to connect to a mikrotik CRS317 switch.

Does the switch not support many modules? Is there some specific module it requires?

 We are currently using fs.com DAC cable coded as cisco which is compatible with most other devices.

We have a 16 port POE switch that suddenly stopped displaying the diagram of the switch at the top of the web GUI.  Even after a reboot, it did not reappear.  We like to be able to see the quick reference of ports that have link etc. Any ideas what could cause this?

Also, the Interface Global View doesn't populate.  We had to use CLI to enable a port this morning.
