When does the warranty become effective?
A Hyconext guarantee becomes effective on the date of purchase or date of delivery (whichever is later). The warranty period is 12-month, with man-caused malfunctions excluded.
For your lawful rights and interests, please notice:
- The Warranty Card shall come into force with the seal of dealer.
- Please keep the Warranty Card properly. No reissuance will be provided if you lose it, and it becomes invalid if altered.
- In the event of a non-man-made malfunction during the warranty period, Hyperconn will repair this product free of charge.
Warranty does not cover the following circumstances:
1. Damage or malfunction during transporting, loading and unloading
2. Damage or malfunction caused by human factors such as unauthorized disassembly or modification
3. Damage or malfunction caused by unsatisfactory environment
4. Damage or malfunction caused by force majeure (such as fire, earthquake, lightning strike and war)*
5. Damage or malfunction caused by failure to follow user manuals
6. Damage of external parts such as equipment enclosure and power connector during operation
7. Inconsistency of the Warranty Card and the product serial number, or alteration of the Warranty Card
*Natural disasters are typically not covered under standard warranties, return, repair or replacement for network switches or any electronic equipment. These events, such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or lightning strikes, thunderstorms, tornadoes, wildfires, and other severe weather conditions are considered beyond the control of the manufacturer and are excluded from warranties, return, repair or replacemen coverage.
Hyconext shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from natural disasters, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of use of the product.
Customers are advised to install surge protection devices to safeguard against electrical surges from lightning and thunderstorms. Ensure that all networking equipment, including PoE switches, is properly grounded in accordance with local electrical codes and standards. Use weather-resistant enclosures and housings to protect equipment from exposure to extreme weather conditions. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical and networking installations to minimize the risk of damage from natural disasters.
We provide paid repair and maintenance service for the products that are beyond the warranty scope.

Return & Refund Service is covered:
- Within 30 days of receiving a product if the product has manufacturing defect, the void label is not damaged and is still in new or like-new condition (Enterprise product does not support return service if the void label has been damaged or the product has been activated.).
Return & Refund Service is not covered where:
- It is requested beyond 14 calendars days of receiving a product.
- A product sent to Hyconext for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
- A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
- A product is not delivered to Hyconext within 7 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Hyconext.
- The void label has been damaged.
- Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Return & Refund Service Instructions:
- Email Return & Refund request to sales@hyconext.com within 30 days of receiving your product(s) with the legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice.
- Our team will verify and reply with a Return & Refund Service Confirmation email to the sender with return instructions.
- Return product(s) has to be shipped to the designated location.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment.
Return Freight:
Customers need to pay for any return shipping to the designated service center (including cross-border and international shipping costs, if applicable) unless the refund is due to performance faults.
Replacement Service is covered:
- Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
- Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.
Replacement Service is not covered where:
- Service is requested more than 14 calendar days after receiving a product.
- Legal proof-of-purchase, receipts, or invoices are not provided, or are reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
- A product sent to Hyconext for replacement does not include all original accessories, attachments and packaging, or contains items damaged by user error.
- A product is found to have no defects after all appropriate tests are conducted by Hyconext.
- Any fault or damage of the product is caused by unauthorized use or modification of the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign bodies (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
- Product labels or serial numbers show signs of tampering or alteration.
- Damage is caused by uncontrollable external factors, including fires, floods, high winds, or lightning strikes.
- Received product has not been sent back to Hyconext 7 calendar days after replacement confirmation from Hyconext.
- Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.
- Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Replacement Instructions
1.Email Replacement request to sales@hyconext.com within 30 days of receiveing your product(s) with the legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice.
2.Our team will verify and reply with a Replacement Service Confirmation email to the sender.
3.Replacement will be made to the same receiving address.
Replacement Freight
Hyconext shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.
Shipping Rules
Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. If your order includes several products, the estimated shipping time will depend on the product that will take the longest. We do not separate orders, nor do we separate combo products and ship them before the estimated shipping time. If you want to receive products individually as soon as they are available, please order them separately.
Shipping Services
Orders from Singapore and North America will be shipped by local courier partners. For orders from areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, or the central mountainous regions, delivery time will be slightly longer. Kindly contact our team at sales@hyconext.com for orders outside Singapore and North America.
Standard Shipping Time:
The estimated delivery time will be according to the local courier partners’ delivery schedule after order is made.Unforeseen service delays (such as a strike, natural disaster, explosion, or any other force majeure event that is beyond the reasonable our control) add at least two business days to your estimated delivery time. You acknowledge and agrees that any shipment dates specified are estimates only, they are not guaranteed and are subject to change, under such case, Hyconext will send out notice regarding the revised shipment dates within 30 calendar days. If you do not accept the revised shipment dates, you may cancel the order and obtain a refund by contacting our team at sales@hyconext.com. If we do not hear from you before we ship the products to you, we will assume that you have agreed to the shipment delay.
Hyconext is not liable for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:
- Shipping time might be delayed for transportation to remote regions.
- Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusal to receive, etc.
- Delay due to force majeure. “Force majeure” means an unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: national or regional air or ground transportation system controls or interruptions (e.g., weather reasons), communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, heavy fog, and other similar events.
- Aviation contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile products, and other products that are not available for air freight service due to aviation security regulations.
- Shipments that are confiscated or disposed of due to a violation of transportation regulations.
- Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.
- The consignee address is a unit or residential community where the courier has no access.
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact Hyconext at sales@hyconext.com. Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, Hyconext will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact Hyconext team at sales@hyconext.com within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
Service Bulletin:
HC0001-2024: For some corner cases, At-Risk 24V Non-isolated Passive PoE PDs connected to very early Hyconext HC16MT6XPUP BAT/AC Series Switches, may be damaged. Please find details in the attachment.
